I'm not a healthcare provider, a dentist or working in the healthcare field but my business needs help with our IT systems. Can you help?

No worries!  We can handle the most basic of IT issues as well as complexed full cycle project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.  Although all business are not the same, IT success in any project is contingent on asking the right questions and using proven technologies and techniques to move your organization's goals foward.  

My former IT manager/company is no longer with us and I don't know anything about our systems or equipment. What do I do?

This is a common occurance and a valid concern for many office administrators and small business owners.  Don't stress!  You may not know where to start but we do.  It all starts with a quick 30 minute free consultation that will give us the preliminary framework to figure out how to meet your needs.  This is generally a video consultation but it can be done over the phone as well.  You can also download or ask for our free pre-audit worksheet and finish it on your schedule.  

What if I just have a small IT problem or question not a large project?

We are a flat fee service.  This means that if you just need a question answered or a one-time fix, we are more than happy to do that for you without a subscription or required ongoing monitoring.

What is the difference between IT operations and IT project management?

IT operations entails the day-to-day continuous operation of systems.  IT project managament is the a temporary, unique change that an organization needs when they have outgrown their current workflows and/or systems. Think of it like this.  IT operations is stocking the breakroom on regular basis and IT project management is planning a breakroom remodel.
